Mabel C. Howard age 91, of Reynoldsburg passed away Monday, January 10, 2003 at Mount Carmel Hospital East. She is preceded in death by her husband Paul E. Howard Sr.; son Paul E. Howard Jr.; parents Ira & Estella (Kern) Young. Survived by her loving son David F. (Rebecca) Howard of Reynoldsburg; granddaughter Liberty Howard of Johnstown. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Thursday, January 13, 2005 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus.
