Makenzi Renee Dowe infant daughter of Allen and Marinda "Rin" Hurd Dowe Jr. went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 7:42 AM. In addition to her parents, Makenzi is survived by her sister, Niya Dowe; brother, Marcellas Hurd; maternal grandparents, Theressa Hurd and Dennis Donald; paternal grandparents, Cynthia (Brent) Walker, Allen (Karen) Dowe Jr., Adreanne Walker and Marsha Walker; maternal great grandparents, Peggy and Irvin Anderson; paternal great grandparents, Allen and Geraldine Dowe Sr., Janet (Robert) Aikens, Eugene (Peggie) Layne; special uncles, Dennis M. Hurd and Brandon A. Walker; and many extended family. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Ronald Walker. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 11:00-1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM.
