Margaret M. Greshel, 82, of Myakka City, FL, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2009. Born to Nick and Carmela (Ricchi) Gianantonio in Columbus, OH., on November 7, 1926, Margaret is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Altman "Al" J. Greshel; 12 brothers and sisters. Survivors include her daughters, Rebecca (Kenneth) Sloan of Myakka City, FL and Cynthia (Tom) Hawkins of Lineville, AL; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Spencer and Margaret Gill of Columbus, OH; nieces, nephews and many friends. Visitation will be Friday, April 24, 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH and also one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. Services will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2009, at 11:00 AM at Franklin United Bretheran Church, 7171 Central College Road, New Albany, OH, with Reverend Maurice Martindale officiating. Inurnment will be in Maplewood Cemetery at a later date. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Central Ohio, 3380 Tremont Road, Columbus, OH 43221.
