Maria Luisa "Dona Licha" Ruiz, 101 passed away on October 12, 2022. She was born on June 18, 1921.
Dona Licha was raised in the Baptist Church and in her later years enjoyed devotion and reading the Bible. She was active in church gatherings and outreach.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesus Manuel and Francisca (Romo) Zuniga, husband, Francisco Javier Ruiz, children, Hector Ruiz, Dorelia Zuniga, Norma Zuniga, siblings, Francisca, Esther, Samuel, Anna, Manuel and Irma.
Surviving family includes daughter and son-in-law, Dalila & Val Osipov, grandchildren, Omar Heras, Dalila Garcia, Hector Ruiz, Dorelia Molina, Flor Molina, Moises Zuniga, great-grandchildren, Cesar Heras, Alexandra Heras, Cristian Garcia, Fernanda Garcia, great-great-grandchildren Ayanna Heras, Priscila Yamile Ruiz and Juan Jose Garcia.
A graveside service will be held at 12pm, Monday, October 17, 2022 at Kingwood Memorial Park, 8230 Columbus Pike, Lewis Center, OH 43035.
