Maria D. Sichini

Maria D. Sichini, 86, of Gahanna, Ohio, passed away June 22, 2023.
She was born in Italy, on February 7, 1937 to the late Alessandro and Splendora Ettorre.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Loretto; and son, Alexandro.
Surviving family includes children, Loretta, Patricia, Cathy, and Matthew as well as their spouses; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Maria was proud to be a member of the Eagles Linden Fraternal Order Aerie 2252. She also loved to have family gatherings where everyone present, cooked homemade spaghetti meatballs and shared their dishes with many family and friends. Maria enjoyed playing Bingo and singing Karaoke, where she made many memorable friends. She did not know a stranger and loved everyone she came in contact with.
Maria was a long time member of St. Agnes Catholic Church.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Wednesday, June 28th, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio with a Mass immediately following. Burial will be on Thursday, June 29th, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Lockbourne, Ohio.
