Marjorie S. Fronczak (Green-Held), born Feb. 18, 1929, died July 23, 2018 at her home, surrounded by loved ones. Marjorie was born in Philadelphia, PA, graduated from Frankford HS in 1947 in Philadelphia, PA and later moved to Columbus, OH in 1972.
Marjorie was a dedicated Jehovah's Witness servant for many years. She loved the beach, her gardening, taking ski trips, and many summers spent at her second home at the New Jersey shore.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, Marjorie M. and Jeremiah J. Green; brother, Jerry J. Green; husband, Harry C. Held (1951-1963); and husband, Norbert E. Fronczak (1967-2010).
Marjorie is survived by sister, Eleanore Jenks (Green-Nisbet); loving children, Sheree J. (Paul) Nelson and Steven M. (Nancy) Held; loving grandchildren, Michael P. (Erica) Nelson, Matthew J. (Melissa) Nelson, Justin R. (Jenn) Held, and Emily A. Nelson; cherished great-grandchildren, Michael T. Nelson, Samantha N. Nelson, Peyton M. Brooks, Gavin B. Nelson, Katerina M. Nelson, Skyler H. Nelson.
A memorial service will be held at Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall, 2650 W. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH 43235 on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018 at 4pm. Flowers are welcome.
