Marjorie M. Walton, 96, Columbus, was called Home to Jesus on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. Marjorie was born in Detroit, MI., on November 12, 1913, and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ernest J. Walton; son, Ernest L. Walton. Survivors include her son, James (Carol) Walton; sister, Eunice (William) Duncan; daughter-in-law, Ann Walton; eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Marjorie attended Worthington Christian Church. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2010, 2-3PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Central Ohio Chapter, 3380 Tremont Road, Columbus, Ohio 43221.
