Mark C. Douthitt

Mark Craig Douthitt, age 71, of Columbus, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, December 26, 2023. He was born November 28, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Maurice Jr. and Donna (Caldwell) Douthitt. Mark was a 1971 graduate of Franklin Heights High School, served in the US Air Force and was retired from Hugh White Honda. He was an avid fan of auto racing, the Browns, Zamarelli's pizza, and always happy to share his automotive expertise.

Mark is survived by his daughters Amy (Jonathan) Schmidt and Robin (Larry) Lester; grandchildren Corbin Clinger, Carly (Henry) Diego, Justin Schmidt, Jordan Schmidt, Lilly Lester, Olly Lester, Elly Lester; brother Darrel (Kerry) Douthitt; nieces Lacey (Matt) Hatten and Devon (Loren) Hartley; and many extended family members.
