Mark W. Lewis, 58, of Columbus, passed away Friday, April 20, 2012 at his residence.
He was born August 18, 1953 in New Boston, OH, son of the late Proctor and Katherine Minor Lewis.
In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his brother, Stephen Lewis.
He served in the Navy during Vietnam.
Mark is survived by his wife, Heather; sons, Joel (Stephanie), Kurt and Evan; brothers, Ron (Sharon) and Paul; sister, Kathy; nephew, Stephen; nieces, Katie and Alania.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 25, 2012 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Foundation for Fighting Blindness, P.O. Box 17279 Baltimore, MD 21297.
