Mark Raymond Osborne, 46, unexpectedly passed away January 25, 2021. Born in Columbus, Ohio on July 1st, 1974. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Maurice "Butch" Osborne; his uncle, Sam French; uncle, Harold Osborne; aunt, Terry Hixson; and aunt, Clotine Myers.
He is survived by his mother, Julia "Judy" Osborne; sister, Lisa Osborne; aunt, Sue Ellen French; aunt, Mildred Osborne; many, many cousins; along with his girls he thought of as sisters, Dawn, Heather, and Arica and their families; his second mama, Dianna; the girl he held in his heart, Miami; as well as many friends he considered family.
Mark was a 1992 graduate of Franklin Heights High School and a United States Air Force Veteran. Mark was a truck driver for Accurate Transportation and loved to travel the open road in his Big Rig as he would say, he was the happiest in his truck cursing the highway and the stories he would tell which was apparent by his co-workers and his Big 10 buddy, Lynn Saxton. Mark was also a dedicated UK Wildcats fan and you rarely saw him not representing his favorite team. Mark had an infectious smile and loved his family and friends. He had a big heart and always tried to help if he could. He will be deeply missed and always remembered as a wonderful son, brother, and friend.
Memorial Gathering Friday, Feb. 5, 2021 from 5-8pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Graveside Service Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021 at Mt. Zion Cemetery, South Shore, KY at 1pm.
