Marleah B. Harber

February 16, 2012 — August 15, 2021

Our beautiful little girl, MarLeah Bethany Harber, age 9, passed away on Sunday, August 15. She was born on February 16, 2012 in Columbus, Ohio. This has been an incredibly difficult time for our family, but just as MarLeah brought us together in life, her death has continued to bring us even closer than before.

MarLeah was special in so many ways, and though her condition limited her capabilities here on earth, we find peace and comfort in knowing that she is now the fullest expression of herself. She was wild and free, living every day completely in the moment. She played rough, loved hard, and approached life with ceaseless curiosity and wonder. Her beautiful spirit shined through every smile.

Left to cherish MarLeah's memory are her mother, Nikki (Hensley) Harber of Columbus, OH; Father, Gabriel Harber and significant other, Mellisa Zaccaria, of Canal Winchester, OH, and big sister, Brienna Harber. Maternal grandparents Dori and Edward Brady of Clearfield, PA and Joan Hensley of Olanta, PA. Paternal Grandparents Lori and Terry Rice of Canal Winchester, OH and Jeff Harber of Columbus, OH. Maternal great-grandfather John Gill Sr. of Clearfield, PA. Paternal grandmother Shirley Blades of Lockbourne, OH and Bill and Ruby Rice of Obetz, OH. Aunts and uncles: Travis Brady, Tyler Rice, Alex Rice, Anthony Anderson, Bronte Harber, Nic Anderson, and Rembrandt Harber, and several cousins. MarLeah was preceded in death by maternal grandfather John Hensley and her aunt Crystal Bloom both of Clearfield, PA, great-grandparents Louise and Russ Harman of Curwensville, PA and John and Marie Brady of Clearfield, PA.

"She's in the sun, the wind, the rain, she's in the air you breathe with every breath you take. She sings a song of hope and cheer, there's no more pain, no more fear. You'll see her in the clouds above hear her whisper words of love, you'll be together before long, until then listen for her song."
