Marlene Denise Dunn, 49, of Columbus, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2008. Born to Fornia and Catherine (Clark) Plair in Cincinnati, OH on November 15, 1959, Marlene was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, James Alexander Dunn Jr; sons, James Alexander Dunn, III and Brandon Michael JuiShawn Dunn; sister, Francine L. (Lee) Vann; brother, Dwight A. Plair; grandchildren, Cameron JuiShawn Dunn; nieces, Tonya M. George, Nichole I. Oocumma and Erica D. Dodson; numerous friends and additional family members. Marlene was a veteran of the US Marine Corp. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday,, December 11, 2008, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH at 2:00 PM with visitation one hour prior to the service.
