Martha Lucille "Lou" Cope, 85, Powell, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013, surrounded by her loving family. Lou was born in Tennessee on January 20, 1928, to the late Samuel H. and Evelyn (Watson) Hillis and is preceded in death by her husband, Odie H. Cope and 3 sisters and 1 brother.
Lou is survived by her son, David (Linda) Cope; daughter, Gail (Thomas) Stiver; sister, Edna Clevenger in addition to a brother and 5 additional sisters; grandchildren, Melissa Cope, Kerry (Chris) Barks and Tommy (Jerica) Stiver; great-grandchildren, Hunter Barks and Tanner Stiver; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Private Graveside Services will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Painesville, OH.
