Martha Rankin, 81, of Columbus, OH passed away on November 1, 2012. She was born in Fort Wayne, IN to George and Roberta Crandall, who preceded her in death.
She was past president of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 532. Martha was a longstanding member of the 8 et 40 Salon 333.
She is also preceded in death by husband, William, siblings, Dorothy Barr, Lester A. King. Surviving family includes, children, Beth Morrow, Debbie (Sed) Kocher, Mike (Carla) Greene, Richard Greene, Brenda (Terry) Estep, Chuck (Diana) Gilliam, Becky (Mike) Gilliam, Veronica Myers, Holly (David) Austin, Kelly (Allen) Morris, siblings, Alice Dahman, Joseph Crandall, John Gallagher, Sharleen Sue Mobley, Betty J. Gearheart and many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 6:00 to 8:00pm, Sunday, November 4, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral services will be at 10:00am, Monday, November 5, 2012 at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery.
