Mary Ann Hammond, 85, Westerville, passed away Thursday, June 10, 2010. Mary Ann was born to Charles A. and Annie (Brown) Clifford in Columbus, OH., on April 8, 1925. She is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Clarence C. Hammond; sister, Evelyn Pritchard and brothers, John and Charles Clifford. Survivors include her daughter, Laura Aspidow; sons, Timothy (Brenda) and Richard (Gwendolyn) Hammond; sister, Catherine "Toddy" Wagner; brother, Robert Clifford; 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many friends. Mary Ann was a charter member of St. Marks United Methodist Church and a long time member of the Saturday "Lunch Bunch". She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 15, 2010, 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH with the Funeral Service on Wednesday, June 16, 2010, 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
