Mary "Betsy" Shoemaker, 56, of Gahanna, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2010 at Mt. Carmel East. She was born January 8, 1954, in Columbus. Mary was preceded in death by her father, Charles Westerviller. She is survived by her son, Michael (Jamie) Shoemaker; daughter, Ann (Brian) Foulk; mother, Alice Westerviller Weis-Dietrich; brothers, Bob (Tracy), Chuck (Teri) and Michael Westerviller; grandchildren, Austin, Olivia, Gavin and Grace. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 8, 2010 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd Columbus. Funeral service will be Thursday, December 9, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family.
