Mary Christine "Chris" Sagstetter, 61 of Powell, passed away Friday, February 1, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Born August 15, 1951 in Columbus.
Chris was a devout and active member of the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Powell. She spent most of her spare time working with her husband singing Karaoke.
Preceded in death by mother, Eileen D. Orr; mother-in-law, Elizabeth B. Sagstetter.
Survived by husband, Deverne L. Sagstetter; father, Charles David (Sandy) Orr; children, Tara E. Honaker-Jepsen, Sharon (Phat) Ly, Christopher A. (Erica) Sagstetter, Melissa S. Sagstetter, Tammy (Harvey) McKeegan; grandchildren, Tayah C. Jepsen, Aaron M. Jepsen, Nicholas A. Jepsen; brothers, Michael (Carrie) Orr, Joe (Katrinka) Orr, Matthew Orr; sisters, Karen (Larry) Roberts, Teresa Orr Franks, Cathy (Fred Brong) Orr; numerous grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many good friends.
Friends may call from 4-8 PM Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus. A Funeral Mass will begin at 10 AM Wednesday at St. Joan of Arc, 10700 S. Liberty Street, Powell, Ohio 43065. Burial in Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
