Mary Emily Cormack

Mary Emily Cormack 79, passed away peacefully at her home on April 12, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 4, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio to her parents Claude Jordan and Stella Nicholas. Mary celebrated 31 years of marriage to Robert (Bob) W. Cormack Jr. before his passing in July 1997. In 2007 Mary retired from Napa Auto Parts after 29 years of service and could not wait for this next chapter of her life.

Mary loved to travel, shopping, dining out, going to bingo, and of course the occasional trips to the casino. She loved the holidays and would start planning the Thanksgiving meal months in advance. But she always said time with her family and friends and being together was her favorite.

Mary is survived by her children; Kimberly Cormack & Daniel (Belinda) Cormack, Grandchildren; Michael Cormack, Amanda (Brandon) Cooper, Denise (Bryan) Bevans, Tyler Cormack, & Tayler Cormack; Great Grandchildren; Aiden, Jaxson, Eddie, Emma, & Ellie Cooper, Zoey & Owen Bevans, Levi & Noah Cormack; Sister Elizabeth (Jim) Sabo, nieces, nephews, & long life, friends Carolyn Kackley & Bonnie Wamsley. She is preceded in death by her father Claude Jordan, mother Stella Nichols, brothers Patrick Nicholas & Michael Jordan, & her sister Susi (Gary) McKee.

Graveside service for Mary will be held Thursday April 17, 2025 at 1pm at Union Cemetery 3349 Olentangy River Rd. Columbus, OH 43202
