Mary E. DeLong, 75, of Lockbourne, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at Mt. Carmel West. She was born December 24, 1932, in Circleville, daughter of the late Van and Celia Derr Smith. In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her brother, Richard Smith. She worked for Ferger and Associates, Food Brokers and also WBNS. Mary is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Robert H. DeLong; daughter, Cheryl (Kevin) Stevens; granddaughters, Tabitha, Samantha and Catarina Stevens; special friend, Carol Forcum and many nieces and nephews. She loved her dogs, cats and birds. Mary will also miss the Democratic party. Visitation will be Saturday, September 20, 2008 from 3:00-7:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home S.W. Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, with the memorial service following visitation.
She will be sadly missed by many family and friends.
