Mary Etta Robson

Mary Etta Robson, 94, passed away March 24, 2013 at Friendship Village of Columbus. She was born June 22, 1918 in Columbus, daughter of the late Ralph and Anna (Boldman) Robinson. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Robson.
She graduated from Columbus Central High School and was a homemaker and associate in the gift department at Lazarus for many years.
Mary was a member of Overbrook Presbyterian Church and a 60 year member of the Corinthian Chapter of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her daughters, Joan (David) Grube of Alexandria and Sue Robson (Mark) Leonard of Westerville; grandchildren, Jennifer (Alan) Vestal of Westerville, Thomas (Kelly) Grube of Delaware, Karen (Robert Hild) Grube of Falls Church, VA; step grandsons, Mark and Matthew Leonard; great grandsons, Kevin and Trevor Vestal.
Visitation will be Friday, March 29, 2013 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with the funeral service beginning at 12:00 PM. Interment will be in Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Rd. SE Newark, OH 43055 or the charity of your choice.
