Mary J. Morris, 85, of Westerville, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Mary was born in Packsville, WV on July 2, 1926. She is preceded in death by her parents, Vernie and Gertrude (Reed) Kinney; husband, Earl W. Morris; sisters, Mildred Stover and Ernestine Schneider. Survivors include her daughter, Penny Simmons; son, Paul (Tonya) Morris; sisters, Joan Thompson and Gladys (Bob) Walker; brothers, Elwood (Nina) and Tommy (Esther) Zornes; sister-in-law, Esther (Ishimal) Crabtree; grandchildren, Natasha (Craig) Watkins, Kelly (Jarrett) Rowoldt, Keri (Tom) Coleman; great-grandchildren, Zachary Hall and Jason Watkins; nieces, nephews and many friends. Mary was a member of the Blendon Senior Center and Christ Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 17, 2011, 2-5 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service Monday, July 18, 2011, 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Northlawn Memory Gardens, Westerville, OH.
