Mary Jo (Taylor) Harrison, departed this world on December 31, 2010, at Emeritus Outlook Manor in Westerville, OH. Mary Jo was born in Parkersburg, W.Va, the daughter of the late attorney A.D. and Sylvia (Campbell) Ireland. She was preceded in death by her husband of 10 years, Carl J. Harrison and 3 step-sons. She is survived by her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Herb and Nancy Taylor, niece, Carla (Alan) Bulson, great-nephews, Taylor and Bryce Bulson, all of Bluefield, W.Va., and a nephew, Kevin Taylor of Virginia and many friends. Mary Jo retired in 1998 from WBNS-TV, channel 10, where she worked for 43 years as a secretary to the Engineering and News Departments. She was a member of Christ Presbyterian Church. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 8, 2011, 10:00 AM Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with calling hours one hour prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Union Cemetery.
