Mary Helen Thacker, passed away on September 8, 2023.
She was born in Warfield, Kentucky on November 1, 1934 to the late Sherman James and Hazel (Fields) James.
She is preceded in death by her parents; children, Michael, Ralph, and JoAnn; sisters, Shelby, Lee, Sandra, and Betty; grandson, Michael Blake and great grandchild, Angelia.
She is survived by her husband, Blake Thacker; son, Ted Thacker; sisters Louise James, Martha James-Wilkes, Joyce James-Johnson; grandchildren, Michael, Ethan, Jennifer, Trish, Brittany, Brian; great grandchildren; Marissa, Michael, Melia, Kiersten, and Isabella.
Mary Helen was employed by Nestles for 25 years. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother by all of those who loved her through the years. Her love and kindness will never be forgotten by family and friends.
Friends may call at the NEWCOMER NORTHEAST CHAPEL 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231 on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 3:00pm until time of memorial service at 5:00pm.
