HEBRON: A memorial service celebrating the life of Mary B. Wilson, age 88, of Harbor Hills, will be held from 3 – 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 9 at the Jacksontown United Methodist Church Rec Center, 9350 Jacksontown Road, Jacksontown, Ohio.
Mary was born on January 17, 1936 in Prospect, Ohio to the late Jacob Coleman and Ada Russell. Mary passed away after a brief illness on May 5, 2024.
Mary worked as a waitress most of her life at Reeb’s Restaurant on Livingston Avenue, The Lazarus Store, Perkins Restaurant in Heath, Ohio. She had also been employed with Flint Ridge Nursing Home in Newark, Ohio.
Mary is survived by her two children, Michael (Christina) of Hebron, Richard (Yolanda) of Wilmington, California; grandchildren; Brandi (Jarrad) Tracy, James Wilson, Penelope (Anthony) Jakosalem, Bryan Wilson; great grandchildren; Caleb Tracy, Caiden Tracy, Preston Wilson, Zachary Baker, Briseis (Brii) Wilson, Michael Wilson, and Miles Jakosalem; sister-in-law Marty (Dave) Ritchey of Pickerington, Ohio, brothers-in-law, John Wilson of Medina, Ohio and Robert Wilson of Columbus, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Evan (Ed) Wilson and two great grandchildren Aiden and Parker Tracy.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Central Ohio and Arlington Rehab Center and all the people who cared for Mary.
