Mathew Alan Balough, born in Defiance, OH Sept. 27, 1956, died August 13, 2010. He was preceded in death by father, James William Balough Sr.; brothers, Michael Joe and Joseph William II and uncle, John B. Balough. He is survived by his mother, Dolores Jean Balough; brother, James William Jr.; sister, Cheryl Lynn Evans; daughters, Brittany Lyn (Christopher) Swanson, Ashley Nichole and Crystal Nichole; grandson, Tatum Christopher Swanson; uncles, Charles Bristow and Orris Gilmore; numerous beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnephews and grandnieces; and previous spouses, Shaun A. Balough and Margaret J. Balough. He was devoted to his mother, daughters and grandson. Matt worked locally in construction for many years and was well liked. Visitation Wednesday, August 18, 2010 from 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH.
