Mavis Mullins, 78, of Columbus, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2009. She was born May 31, 1931, in W.Va., daughter of the late Rass and Mae Evans Farley. Mavis was also preceded in death by husband Roy Mullins; five brothers and three sisters. She retired from Celanese Plastics, Navistar and IBM. Mavis is survived by her daughter, Debbie Craft; sisters, Kathleen (Dave) Caldwell and Mary Toppings; grandchildren, Tony Craft, Teddy Craft, Kelli (Fred) Schreck and Tammie (Jeff Winefeldt) Craft; great grandchildren, Zimara, Tori, Alissa, Tyler, Skyann, Trey, Levi and Alex. Visitation will be Sunday, August 23 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City. Funeral service will be Monday, August 24 at 1 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Sunset Cemetery.
