Mavis Louise Townsend

Mavis Louise LeMaster-Eader-Townsend passed away surrounded by family on Monday, November 27th, 2023 after a full life. She had many friends, was well-loved, will be missed dearly and always hold a special place in our hearts.
Mavis is preceded in death by her parents Roy and Genoa LeMaster; children Barbara and Robert; siblings Betty, Orabell, Billy, Linda, Alka, Keith, Bobby, Geraldine and LeRoy.
Mavis is survived by children Gary, Pat, Nancy (Adam), Mary, Rhonda and Patsy (Ron). Siblings Karl (Diane), Henrietta, Jacqueline and Helen (Frank). 19 Grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Mavis enjoyed taking care of babies, word finds, reading, puzzles, coloring and could always be counted on for a joke and a good time. Most of all she loved her children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm, Monday, December 4, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, NW Chapel, 10051 Brewster Lane, Powell, OH 43065, where a funeral service will begin at 1pm.
Burial to follow at Northlawn Memory Gardens, Westerville, OH.
