Maxine Carr, 83, passed away peacefully October 17, 2012.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Bill; children, Tom (Kathy), Steve (Susan), Debbie (Doc) Holliday, Barb Edwards and Mary (Greg) Isaacs; brother, Allen Forgrave; 18 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
Visitation Sunday, October 21, 2012 from 2-4 pm with Memorial Service beginning at 4 at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Maxine's memory to Mount Carmel Hospice c/o Mount Carmel Foundation, 6150 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213-9924.
A special thank you to Mt. Carmel Hospice, especially Tina and Lucy, for their wonderful care and compassion.
Maxine was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed.
