Melissa Krivicich

Melissa (DelFratte) "Minnie" Krivicich, 49, of Grove City, OH, lost her courageous 3 ½ year battle with breast cancer on January 22, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 8, 1961 in Sharon, PA to Joseph A. and Beverly A. (Strange) DelFratte. Melissa loved fashion, shopping, make-up, beaches and her animals. She worked for Sauer Group Inc. for the past 4 years. Melissa's family would like to give special thanks to Sauer, their employees, and all her friends for their continuing support and generosity throughout her journey. She was a member of the Grove City Church of the Nazarene Cancer support group. Melissa also held a certification in make-up application. She enjoyed helping young women prepare for formals and weddings. Melissa will be missed by her beloved husband, David Krivicich, her parents, Joseph and Beverly Delfratte of Sharpsville, PA, sisters, Melinda DelFratte of Columbus, Joni DelFratte of Hermitage, PA, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Doug and Marilyn Krivicich of London, OH, sister-in-law, Connie Krivicich of Grove City, OH, niece, Autumn Rancourt, nephew, John "Johnny" Krivicich. She will be missed dearly but never forgotten. Melissa will be joined in heaven by her grandparents and her dogs Lady, Angel and Lola. Her strength gave peace to all who knew her. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00pm followed by a memorial service conducted by Pastor Richard "Ricky" Strange at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
