Micah Nathanial Felix Hawkins, 18, lost his life with his long time girlfriend, Brooke Thompson in a tragic accident early Sunday morning on Johnson Rd. in Columbus' southwest side. They were two exceptionally bright children loved by everyone. Micah was a senior at Central Crossing High School set to graduate in May of this year and had already been accepted to Columbus State Community College. Micah is survived by his mother, Tara Rieser; father, Christopher Rieser; sisters, Makaila Hawkins, Kayonna Whitlow, Diana, Angelina, Christina and Bridget Rieser; brother, Christopher Rieser; aunt, Keely (Shon) Crawford; uncle, Tony Hellers; nephew, Jalen Deberry; grandfather, Kevin (Charlotte) Hawkins; grandmother, Deborah (Rick) Hellers; great-grandparents, Connie (Bill) Fillippi and Jane Goodin; cousins, Kyndle and Koen Crawford; Lisa Carmean; Nancy Davis; the Fields family; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation Friday, February 25, 2011 from 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 10 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment is Private.
