He was born on October 31, 1969. He was preceded in death by his parents, Forest and Dorothy Blanton, brothers, Randy Blanton, Doug Asprey, sister, Vickie Moore.
Michael enjoyed playing the drums and was an avid Elvis Presley fan. He enjoyed music and karaoke.
Surviving family includes siblings, Kathy Whitaker, Cheryl (Dan) Cook, Marilyn (Tony) Featherston, Thomas (Pam) Blanton Patty Blanton and many nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held from 2-6pm, Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH 43231.
A funeral service will begin at 11am, Monday, January 3, 2022 at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Blendon Cemetery, Westerville, OH.
