Michael R. Carr age 42 of Columbus passed away January 26, 2004 at his residence. Preceded in death by father Howard Carr. Survived by mother Joyce Carr; sons Michael, Tony, Alex and Eric; sister Carolyn (Paul) Spainhower; brother Robert (MaryAnn)Shrum; two grandchildren . Graveside service Saturday, January 31, 2004 3:00 PM at Prarie View Cemetery, Kingston. The family wishes to give a special thanks to the care givers of Michael.
