Michael J. Mercier, 54, Reynoldsburg, OH, passed away Monday, September 10, 2012. Mike was born on February 1, 1958, in Augusta, Maine.
He is survived by his father, Patrick J. (Shirley) Mercier II and mother, Glenna (Dan) Rollins; daughters, Amanda (Chris) Husmann and Chelsea (Chris Elkins) Mercier; sisters, Dolly, Kathy and Colleen; brothers, Patrick, Daniel, Timothy, Glenn and Mark; granddaughter, Lily; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Mike retired as a Chief Petty Officer from the US Navy in 1996 and from The Ohio State University 2012.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September, 20, 2012, 2-4 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Memorial Service at 4:00 PM.
