Michael L. Fields, 57, Columbus, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2015. Mike was born in Columbus, OH on January 6, 1958, to Raymond L. and Lucy E. (Barker) Fields, and is preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother; life partner of 20 years, Linda Jaycox; daughter, Wendy Fields; son, Adam (Tahteyanna) Fields; sister, Kathy Fields; brothers, Doug (Robin) Fields, Jeff (Linda) Fields and Randy Fields; grandchildren, Ben, Jake, Hannah, Haylie and Hayden; Linda's children, Melissa (Richard) Curl and Michael (Danielle) Jaycox and grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
At Mike's request, there will be no services.
