Michael Joseph "Mick" Morris

Michael Morris, was born January 3, 1941 and died June 22, 2024 at home in Columbus, Ohio. He grew up in Toledo, Ohio and in his younger years enjoyed marathon running. He was also in the Army and a paratrooper in the 101first airborne division. He also loved horseback riding and owned a horse named Smokin. Michael is survived by his Children, Michael Morris, (Daughter-in-Law Deborah Morris) and Deborah Mohney. His grandchildren include Lisa Morris, Michael Morris, Samantha Lamp and Taylor Morris. He also had four great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother Luella Morris, and sisters, Betty Black, Helen Morris and brothers, William Morris and Lawrence Morris. A Park memorial will be scheduled sometime this summer to honor Michael’s life.
