Michael G. Phillips, 56, of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away June 23, 2023, after a courageous battle with Lung Cancer. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on February 28, 1967 to the late Robert and Jenny Phillips(Stewart).
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Phillips, mother, Jenny Phillips, brother Robert Phillips Jr. Surviving family includes sisters: Becky, Cathy, Misty, and Amber Phillips; brother Anthony Phillips, nephews Justin, Cameron, Zachary, niece Meadow and Uncle Jeff and Cousin AJ.
Mike enjoyed sharing a beer with friends at the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Zanesville and relaxing at home with his buds, Tim and Mike, and chillin' with his precious cat Julio.
When time permitted, he loved riding his motorcycle, working on cars, shooting pool, listening to music, fishing and cheering on his beloved Bills.
Graveside service will be held Friday, June 30, 2023 at 11:00 am at Maplewood Cemetery in New Albany, Ohio, 4585 Reynoldsburg-New Albany Road. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to the American Cancer Society.
