He is preceded in death by his mother, Patti A. Starner.
Michael is survived by wife, Susan Starner; furbaby, Reese; father, Michael E Starner; siblings, Linda (Stefan) Wogan, Jeffery Starner, Angela Starner; sister-in-law, Debbi (Eddie) Ogilbee; mother-in-law, Valerie (Ron) Mervis; niece, Ashlyn Piper, nephews, Jarrett (Taylor) Oaks and Dustin (Allie) Oaks.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231. A private funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 9:00 am also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Green Lawn Cemetery.
