Michael A. Tempio, 70, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 in Gahanna, Ohio.
He was born on June 29, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Martin and Christina Tempio.
Michael is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Brenda Tempio; children, Michael (Tracy) A. Tempio, Jr., Douglas Tempio, Karen (Shaun) Phillips, Julie (Steve) Somppi, Zachary (Shelby) Tempio; grandchildren, Carmine Somppi, Sofia Somppi, Shayden Phillips, Eleanor Phillips, Allison Peek, Brian Peek, Victoria Blumer; sister, Patricia (Richard) Liston, brother, Martin (Kathy) Tempio and a host of family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231 with a funeral service immediately following at 1:00 pm also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Blendon Central Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Lung Association in Michael's honor.
