Mildred (Tillis) Beach Arnold, 89, Westerville, OH went to be her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Friday, September, 14, 2012.
She was born in June 21, 1923, in Florala, Alabama to the late Charles and Cora (Kelley) Tillis. Mildred was a charter member of Midway Baptist Church in Smiths Station, Alabama and a member of Sharon Woods Baptist Church in Columbus, OH.
Preceded in death by husbands, William James Beach and Luther Preston Arnold, Mildred is survived by her daughter, Wanda Patton, Westerville, OH and son, James Dewitt Beach, Columbus, OH; 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be missed by all.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012, 2:00 PM– 5:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice, 6150 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213.
