On Wednesday, July 21st, 2021 Mick Francis passed away at the age of 99.
She was born on March 22, 1922 in Columbus, Ohio growing up in German Village and graduated from Columbus South High School.
Her parents were Cliff and Fannie Corbin.
Her one sibling was her sister Alice.
At an early age she married Charles (Bud) Francis and had four children, Sandra, Barbara, Sharon, and Jonathan.
Being a devoted mom and housewife for many years her main occupation was medical transcription.
She was a skilled typist.
Her hobbies included camping, fishing, cards, scrabble, and tap dancing.
She will be remembered as a compassionate person, putting others before herself.
Mickey was preceded in death by her beloved husband Bud in 2005.
They were married 60 plus years.
She is survived by all her children, 11 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
A Memorial service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, on East Broad street at 12 noon on August 7th, 2021.
This is a private service for family only.
No flowers are necessary.
