Mildred J. Stevens, 96, of Galena, Ohio and Belgrade, Maine, passed away Easter Sunday, April 9, 2023.

Mildred was born May 3, 1926 in Danville, Maine to Roscoe and Hazel (Bailey) Bickford.

Graduated from Edward Little High School in Lewiston, Maine. Mildred was a homemaker who cooked, sewed all of her children's clothes, canned and froze vegetables.

Mildred was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Ormand T. Stevens Jr. and only son, Patrick Scott Stevens.
She will be missed by her daughters Donna (Bill), Paula (Richard), Linda (Duane), and Bonnie (Rick). Grandchildren Marc (Lauren), Matt (Brooke), Jennifer (John), Rick (Brynne), Shannon (Matt), Ben, Davin (Megan), Katie (Rob), Michaela, Emily, Jackson, Justin and Tim (Nicole). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren and 2 sister-in-laws Retha Libby and Alberta Stevens.

The funeral will be at St. John Neumann, Sunbury, Ohio on Friday, April 21st at 11AM and a memorial mass will be held in Maine at a later date.

The family would like to thank Tranquility Hospice, especially Kate Ralph and Tasha for their kindness and care.
