Misti Jones-Bowen, 35, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2011. She was born January 9, 1976 in Charleston, WV. Misti was preceded in death by her father, Richard "Rick" Jones; sister, Stephanie Jones; grandparents, Andy and Hazel Cooper and John K. Jones. She is survived by her husband, Mike Bowen; mother, Diana (Cooper) Jones; grandmother, Lucille Jones; sisters, Billie (Chuck) Guthrie, Heather (Curt) Gabes and Kimberly Jones; brother, Douglas (Teressa) Jones; special family, Thomas P. Malone and Carla Powell; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 1, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Road, Columbus. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 2, 2011, 11:00 AM at the funeral home, with Pastor Travis Bradley, officiating.
