Monica Rita Brenneman

On May 2nd, 2024, Monica Rita Brenneman entered the world. Though four months early and under a pound, Monica’s personality was larger than life. She loved being cuddled by her parents, listening to them sing and talk to her, and drinking her mother’s milk from swabs. She kicked her feet often and foiled every NICU nurse’s attempts to tuck them in.

On May 15th, 2024, Monica let her parents know it was time to join her sister Gianna in heaven. They are grateful for the love and prayers of Monica’s family and community, and feel blessed to have had 13 days with their little girl.

In addition to her parents Jim and Jill Brenneman, Monica is survived by grandparents, John and Sandy Crane, Jim and Patty Brenneman; aunts and uncles, Claire Crane, Norm (Nicole) Brenneman, Bobby Brenneman (Evelyn); and cousins, Nora and Leo Brenneman. She is preceded in death by her sister Gianna Brenneman.

Monica’s life will be celebrated at St. Christopher Parish in Grandview on May 24th, 2024, with visitation beginning at 11 AM and Mass at 12 PM.
