Myrtle F. Ball, 77, of Columbus, passed away Monday, June 25, 2007 at her residence. She was born September 25, 1929, in Berwin, WV, daughter of the late Martin and Ruth (Dye) Sims. In addition to her parents, Myrtle is preceded in death by 4 brothers, 1 sister, and 1 great-grandchild. She is survived by her husband, Harold Ball; daughters, Ramonia (Cecil) Smith, Barbara Ball, Kathy (Bill) Burkhammer; son, Leonard Ball; brother, Richard (Betty) Sims; 9 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 27, 2007 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 28, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Northlawn Memory Gardens, 7060 St Rt 3, Westerville, OH.
