Nellie B. Cardosi, 96, of Galloway, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2009. She was a retired bus driver for Southwestern City Schools. Nellie was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star in West Jefferson, Ohio, and a longtime member of the WDI Club in Galloway, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, George Cardosi; 2 sisters; and 4 brothers. Nellie is survived by her son, Ben (Juanita) Cardosi; grandchildren, Christina Cardosi, and Susan (Nick) Albert; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, March 28, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Galloway Cemetery, Alkire Road, Galloway. Pastor Jim Blankenship officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel.
