Neomi B. Dickerson, 94, Canal Winchester, passed away Saturday, November 27, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. Neomi was born in Gahanna, OH to Raymond and Doratha (Heimlich) Kitzmiller on August 15, 1916, and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Dickerson Sr; Daughter, Joyce Chrysler; sisters, Bertha Schimmel, and Dorothy Shirk; brothers, Raymond and Emory Kitzmiller. Survivors include her daughters, Nancy (David) Stewart, Pat DeVault; Deborah Somdahl; step daughters, Jean Riser and JoAnn (Race) Harder; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-great granddaughter; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2010, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service at 1:00 PM. Interment to follow at Mifflin Twp. Cemetery.
