Noah T. Akuetteh’s life was a testament to love, faith, and service. Born in Somanya, Ghana, in 1936, he dedicated his life to uplifting others—whether as a teacher, airline professional, preoperative technician, or church elder. His warmth, wisdom, and generosity touched many lives.
After a fulfilling career in aviation and hospitality, Noah moved to the U.S., eventually settling in Columbus, Ohio, where he continued serving his community and deepening his faith. He was a devoted husband to Evelyn Akuetteh and a loving father, grandfather, uncle, and brother. His family was his greatest joy, and he took pride in their achievements.
Noah’s kindness extended beyond his immediate family, making him a pillar of strength and a source of encouragement to many. His unwavering faith guided his actions, leaving a lasting legacy of compassion and devotion. Though he has departed, his love and lessons live on through those he cherished.
Noah T. Akuetteh is survived by his wife, Evelyn; his children, Suzy, Ivy, Pearl, Marian, and Emmanuel; and his grandchildren, David, Edwin, Kwadwo, Shane, Michaela, Jaryd, Fiona, Nathaniel, Adrian-Noah, and Hailey.
Noah's love extended beyond his immediate family to his siblings—Mercy Ahusayo Akuetteh, Kate Baby Odoom, Gladys Koryo Odorkor, Piogah Akuetteh, Grace Narteykie Akuetteh, and John Siade Akuetteh.
