Norman Eugene Morris, age 70, of Columbus, OH, passed away on September 25, surrounded by his family.
Norman graduated from New Philadelphia High School, served in the U.S. Army Reserve and retired from National Electric Coil. He was a member of the American Legion Post #164.
Preceded in death by parents, Eugene and Irene (Davis) Morris and sister, Elizabeth McCoy. Survived by devoted wife of 46 years, Beverley Jo (Evans) Morris; loving son, Terry (Donna) Morris-Frabott; grandchildren, Lisa, Spencer, Phillip, Tya and Nathan;7 great-grandchildren; siblings, Yvonne (Ronald, deceased) Surber, Patricia (Richard) Spybey, Carol (Benny, deceased) Pritchard, Denny (Sara) Morris and Judy (William) Gilbert and constant companion, Whiney and a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123 with funeral service immediately following at 7:00 PM.
A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, September 28, 2012 at Rehobeth Cemetery, Waterloo, OH 45688.
