Olaf Hauber, age 84, of Grove City, went to be with the Lord on January 20, 2022. He was born on June 15, 1937, in Bandung, Indonesia, to Carolus Daniel Edward Hauber and Wilhelmina Jansz Antoinette Claasz-Cookson.
Olaf enjoyed painting murals, watching College Football, and cookouts with friends and family. He loved attending the Connection Point Church of God and worshipping the Lord with his church family. Olaf loved greeting people at the back door of his church.
He is survived by his wife, Cherry Hauber; his sons Michael and Aaron Hauber, and daughter-in-law, Marsha; grandchildren, Cassie Hauber, Michael Hauber II, Hannah Roach, Dez Hauber and Nate Vicars; great-grandchildren, Julien Hernandez, Luna Fultz; great-grandchildren, Julien Hernandez, Luna Fultz, Ky Ky, Maya, Malter, Bryleigh, Brittney and Myles.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sons, Jeremiah Olaf Hauber and Jason Vincent Hauber.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 28, 2022, from 3-5 p.m., at Newcomer SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, 43123. A funeral Service with Military Honors will begin at 5 p.m.
