Ollie "Sonny" J. Carroll age 62 of New Albany passed away Saturday, January 18, 2003 at his home. Ollie retired from the Columbus Fire Department and was a veteran of the US. Air Force and United State Marine Corp. Preceded in death by his parents Ollie & Clara Mae (Lairson) Carroll. Survived by his loving wife Patricia; son Christopher (Dawn) Carroll; daughter Anita (Mark) Spencer; grandchildren Samantha and Christopher Carroll, Rose and Kara Spencer; brothers Roy and Joey; sisters Anna Mae and Laverta. Visitation is Wednesday from 5-8 P.M. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road. Columbus. Funeral service will be at 8 P.M. following the visitation at the funeral home.
